The Story Behind OriginLeap

What started as a small consulting firm in 2019 has grown into Thailand's trusted partner for user acceptance testing coordination. We bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

How We Got Here

Back in early 2019, our founder Niran Thepsiri was working as a project manager for a mid-size software company in Bangkok. He kept seeing the same problem everywhere: brilliant development teams building exactly what they were asked to build, but somehow missing what the business actually needed.

The issue wasn't technical skill or communication. It was that gap between "does this work?" and "does this solve our real problem?" That's where user acceptance testing becomes crucial – but most companies either skip it entirely or do it so late that fixing issues becomes expensive.

"I realized that UAT isn't just about testing software. It's about making sure everyone's on the same page before it's too late to change course." - Niran Thepsiri, Founder

Team collaboration during user acceptance testing session

Clear Communication

We translate technical jargon into business language and business needs into technical requirements. No one should be confused about what's being built or why.

Clear documentation and communication processes

Practical Testing

Our testing scenarios come from real business workflows, not theoretical edge cases. We focus on what your users will actually do with the system in their daily work.

Practical testing scenarios in real business environment

Early Detection

We get involved during planning and design phases, not just at the end. Catching misaligned expectations early saves time, money, and relationships.

Meet Our Leadership

Our team combines technical expertise with business acumen, bringing years of experience in software development, project management, and quality assurance across various industries in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Siriporn Rattanakit

Head of Testing Operations

Siriporn joined us in late 2020 after spending six years managing QA teams at two major Thai banks. She has this amazing ability to spot potential issues that others miss – not because she's looking for problems, but because she really understands how people work.

She's the one who developed our "real user scenario" approach to UAT planning. Instead of just testing features, we test complete workflows that mirror what your team actually does every day. This catches integration issues and workflow problems that traditional testing often misses.

When she's not coordinating testing sessions, you'll find her teaching UAT best practices at technology meetups around Bangkok or working on her side project – a mobile app that helps small restaurants manage their inventory more efficiently.

Our Approach to UAT Coordination

Before Development Starts

We work with your business stakeholders to map out real-world scenarios and edge cases. This isn't about creating perfect documentation – it's about making sure everyone has realistic expectations about what the software will and won't do.

During the Build Phase

We stay connected with both business users and development teams, helping translate questions and concerns in both directions. When scope changes happen (and they always do), we help assess the real impact on user workflows.

What Makes Us Different

Most UAT coordination focuses on finding bugs. We focus on finding misaligned expectations. Bug fixes are usually straightforward – expectation mismatches can derail entire projects.

Why This Matters

In our experience working with Thai businesses, the biggest project failures don't happen because of technical issues. They happen because stakeholders had different assumptions about how the system would work in practice.
